There is no problem at Vox for Globalists wanting complimentary breakfast there.

As I had asked prior to my trip in the summer, I was graciously told by FTer DrWanderboy that I would have no problem and I had no problem during my stay in August as another FTer had no problem either, as he/she reported above.

Since then, no one has reported a Globalist having a problem getting the breakfast comped at VOX, so I do not know why the cautionary language.

I did receive word from the hotel that during January 6 - 8 the pool area will be closed, but that is of no moment to me.

What I would like to know is if they are still providing a 30 Euro credit in lieu of a suite upgrade, which I will gladly take as I am only staying 1 night.

PS -- Quite frankly, I thought that the food offerings in the evening at the Lounge were quite middling but if you want to relax and enjoy a drink it was fine, but certainly nothing to write home about.

The offerings at Vox at breakfast are far larger than what is on offer in the Lounge, probably due to space limitations, but what is pictured is more than satisfactory if you want a quieter environment. However, in Vox, I saw and tried for the first time, Vegan Lox. It was not bad, but nothing like the real deal there.
