Well, well, well, I eat my previous words that Christmas dinner just doesn’t work on a flight. BA295, same brunch menu as DFW above and the crew absolutely nailed cooking the Christmas dinner. Was genuinely delicious, everything that was supposed to be crisp was and I’ve definitely had worse on the ground.
