When you add in whatever travel time it takes to get to the airport, the lead time - how early you have to be to the airport before your flight - any time for dropping off or picking up checked bags, any delays at security, and the possibility for IRROPS or weather delays, I'd drive FLL-MCO over flying every time. Flying on a good day would take the same three hours you'd be in the car, making it a wash, at best, but how often to you encounter perfect air travel conditions with no delays?
