My completed my round trip LHR-PVG-LHR on BA last weekend. Exec Club # on both boarding cards. Neither trips have posted. I have tried using the online claim tool with the 125-... ticket number and it comes back with an error. Where do I go now, can't see anyway lo log this as it is not a partner airline claim ?
