I was in the midst of making a booking on the Flying Blue site using points, and paused temporarily because I needed to add some more points to my account for all the tickets I need. I was frustrated because the original pair of flights I wanted were gone, with the longer transatlantic flight still available but paired with a intra-Europe flight with a longer CDG layover, all for the same price in points. No points were deducted from my account and I never got to the point of making the copay with my credit card. What should I do? Do I have an actual booking or is this a phantom booking that will disappear? I want to pay with my points and credit card to secure the booking, but have no idea how to reach out to anyone - and on the Air France/Flying Blue site, it looks as though it's ticketed, with no ability to pay anywhere. I don't want the award seats to disappear by Monday when I can reach an actual human.
I would suggest calling an European support line ASAP e.g. +352 27 30 0 0 29
