Quite possibly the most generous loyalty treatment I've had in Europe! A triple upgrade from a Standard room to a Grand Deluxe room. Welcome amenity: fruit, macarons, chocolates, marzipan, lip balm, a small bottle of Prosecco... Amazing!

Since there is no minibar in the room, Diamond members can choose 3 drinks and 1 snack from the lobby shop per day.
