Is LAX your best starting point and do you have any Mileage Plan miles for repositioning, if need be? Do you have any constraints of travel days in January? Are you okay with red-eyes? I have a few ideas.

LAX is the most convenient and I also have miles, happy to reposition. No constraints on travel days (weekends are preferred but can work with any day for better value) and also happy to do redeyes.
