I am unable to claim my last two flights though. China Airlines, my ticket number is 15 digits for this airline, I can only enter a max of 14 (even though form actually says it should be 13 digits). How did you guys overcome that? (I tried modifying the HTML form's input max length to 15. The form submitted, but was unable to process my claim).
And my Vietnam Airlines just doesn't seem to work either. How do you get the prompt to upload a photo of the boarding pass?
