Thanks for the responses. I booked a flight nonstop DFW to MSP - fell for the taxes included fare.. then saw MQDs just shy. Was a quick one day turnaround in first. Grrrr. Will check the thread posted. thanks so much.

Thanks... that is a bit more epic than I'm looking for. Just need 1100 MQDs. Hoping for a turnaround. Booked DFW/MSP in first and came short by less than 50 MQDs. The after tax fare fooled me. Bummer Lived in MSP and have friends there. Can't seem to get a day trip to work for the MQDs.
I am having surgery on Dec 18 so just need a quick turn around . Thanks for your suggestion.

WAIT!!! Paying on my Delta Reserve Card, I get $1 for every $10 spend on Delta flight, so that would be 105 MQDs for a $1058 ticket, correct? 1058 MQDs plus 105 for spend would take me to 1163 MQDs, correct?
