If they change the schedule and forget to send you an email and think that going onto the website and getting an updated itinerary is a good idea... forget it. They send you the OLD itinerary with the wrong details on it. And then claim they really did send the nonexistent email about changes. Don't rely on ANYTHING on that website.
I’m in the middle of an itinerary (booked directly with CZ) that underwent multiple schedule changes due to CZ cancelling part of their services to IST. While the website is next to useless handling those, I must say that the international help center (you have to call a Chinese number, but I used Skype VoIP) has Ben very helpful, though calling during Chinese business hours increases your chances not to wait for ages. Just my two cents!
