Passed through here yesterday at lunchtime for the first time and I was incredibly impressed. Agree with all of the above comments that the food is excellent and the staff are absolutely superb. Like another poster said above, it was so unusual to have everyone trying to help.

Beyond the food and staff, the atmosphere and ambience made for a pleasant and enjoyable experience. This was not the Sky Clubs of the past few years that are noisy, overcrowded, and reminiscent of a mall food court or college dorm cafeteria where large groups descend on the place and it's a bum rush to pillage the food. It reminded me of how the club lounges used to be in days gone by before the credit card regime emerged. I didn't hit it during a particularly "off" period either...I asked the staff if this was typical and they said it was.

This definitely puts DL back on par with UA and AA in terms of a premium cabin experience. It has been a long time coming, but they hit this one out of the park. I'd love to have one of these in every hub...I'd never set foot in a Sky Club there again.
