She didn’t start one, Hyatt has one already every loyalty guest has two files one shared with all hotels and one from each individual hotel. She likely added a notation to the Hyatt-wide file.
As far as “top 50”, there’s people who stay 250+ nights a year with Hyatt, so you’re saying you stay more than that? Congrats!
I was told by a friend who stays 200+ nights with Hyatt you get a special Concierge, above MHC, and extra perks. I would’ve utilized those if I were you personally.
