- October 1, 2024
- CDG-MEX: AM6104, operated by AF178
- MEX-GRU: AM14
- both flights are on the same PNR
- the itinerary mentions a layover of 2h40m
- I will be traveling with cabin luggage only in business class
- I arrive in MEX Terminal 1 and depart from MEX Terminal 2
- the AM app mentions the option to use a COBUS transfer between terminals without exiting the airport
beware that you if this bus wont be available you will go airside as MEX dont have airside foot transit between T1 and T2 , so in case you plan to buy dutyfree items or liquids keep this in mind
also not sure whats the MCT but i recommend 4h minimum between or after long haul flight(s) in MEX
And others need to confirm if its still the case , even though it doesnt apply to you , but i think if someone does the same trip like you with a checked luggage , she/he will need to collect luggage in MEX to drop them on a special carroussel in T1 , even if luggage has been tagged to final destination
