As AA does not offer F though, the F lounge is accessible only to those with OWE or who have F in some other part of their itinerary. Anyone with J (or arguably, even F) lounge access flying on AA's HND-JFK though would be best served using CX's lounge, which IMO offers the best overall experience unless you need a shower or want specific whiskeys from the JL F Salon room.
