Why would she do that? Because she informed you ahead of your reservation that this is Hyatt’s policy. She likely knows you will make an attempt to circumvent it so she is adding a notation about this.
Ah, so she's the "enforcer". Not sure why she had to go out of her way to do that and start an "internal file" on me. I hadn't even done anything and am a pretty loyal customer ("top 50").
