Didn't want to start a new thread, as the title of this one seems quite fitting.
Sent a delay claim on Tuesday (3/12), wasn't expecting to hear back for a few weeks. Checked the claim this morning, turns out it has already been reviewed, and closed with a nice green tick. 'An email with the results has been sent', this did not happen, checked everywhere in emails. Phoned up BA, they were of no use, couldn't even tell me the result of the case, which is all I care about. Is it a case (pardon the pun) of phoning until a get an agent who perhaps has more training, or am I missing something?
