Novotel Krakow City West
November 24: Novotel Krakow City West, We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Krakow City West. The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was upgraded without me having to ask for an upgrade. Late checkout was not a problem either. Welcome note, nice selection of local snacks and a couple of bottles of wine.
October 24: Mercure Versailles Paris Ouest. No welcome gift/note. 1 (one!) drink for a group of 4 (and we had to ask for it).
November 24: ibis Styles Birmingham NEC and Airport. Initially, I was told that the welcome drink could only be used for a welcome drink like a cup of tea, for example. Half board booking, but I was charged for my meal(s). One month later, I am still waiting for my refund. Complete lack of customer service from the hotel itself and Accor CS.
