One activity and one meal in London during layover
I and my 9-yo daughter have a layover in LHR from 8:15 AM until 6:40 PM on Friday 20th December. I am thinking of stashing bags and going into the city for one activity and a meal. Any suggestions for an activity and a meal combination? My daughter has the palate of a typical 9-yo American kid. We have both been to London before, so it does not need to be a major sightseeing attraction. I considered the London Eye, but it is pricey, and the weather might not cooperate.
