Just a datapoint to share: After I received the offer for HH Diamond, my husband (who is also a Delta DM) received the same. However when he went to enroll he gets a generic “there was an error” with a Red X. Not sure if he didn’t qualify or the system is crashing with so many trying to claim status.
I am a current Hilton Diamond but will drop to Gold next year. I will easily hit the match requirements to keep status all year with stays already booked.
I got the Delta offer, but I am getting the red X when I try to enroll, with directions to contact Delta customer service. I feel certain contacting Delta will not be helpful.
