Question?

Its been noted in several threads that ua monitors/reads FT threads, at least sometimes, it would seem that whoever is in charge of the RCC does not or ignores most of the threads concerning them. I have yet to see one positive thread on the clubs when comparing them to their competitors.

My question is has anyone tried sending the RCC CS dept the (long) list of what could be done to improve the RCCs, and if so I'd be curious as to the response. It could be that everyone who has a negative opinion on the RCCs voices it here and not to RCC mgmt who if they're not getting negative feedback, and everyone keeps joining/renewing might think everything is peachy.
