Are you sure about that? I understand that ANA offers the only F service to Hawaii from Japan. And with only 8 F seats on a few flights in a market that is very large overall, and with Hawaii being popular with wealthy people and Japanese celebrities, I would have thought ANA would have no trouble filling the F cabin with revenue pax. But I've never done a search for awards or upgrades on that route, so I don't know how easy it is to get into F with miles.
