I THINK this is the right place to ask:

Flying CLT-MUC on 772, we're booked in Premium Economy.

I've seen that maybe the leg rest is better? (different for sure) in the bulkhead row (13) and maybe a bit more room? Traveling as a couple so we'll want the 2 outboard seats.

On the other hand, I have seen some people complaining in Premium Economy that other passengers complain if you utilize full recline? So would that make the last row better (15) as it reclines into the divider wall and doesn't impact other passengers? Overnight flight so we will be trying to get some rest and be ready to hit oktoberfest on our feet.
