Thanks for the update. I wanted to share my experience. I emailed the Oman Air US contact (using the email address found in the link) and heard back from them the next day. Basically I have two reservations - one paid reservation in Economy and one AS award ticket in Business. For the cash ticket, the agent was able to add frequent flyer numbers to both passengers as requested, although initially they only added to one passenger, despite the fact I provided FF numbers to both passengers. So I had to email them again but they were able to fix it within a couple of hours of me sending my 2nd email. They also said they could assign seats but for a fee. I decided to wait for now as I am planning to bid for last minute upgrade which is quite reasonable as it stands now. For the AS award ticket, the agent indicated that they added my contact information and assigned seats. However when I checked it online the same "missing contact info" message still appeared. Upon further enquiry the agent reaffirmed that the contact info was added to my record (even when the website said otherwise). So for now I am taking his word as is and hoping it is just a front-end display problem. So in summary, my impression of Oman Air US customer service is overall positive - the response was fast and they did try to help. Now only if they could fix their website...
