Possible typo? Unusual for a one year lag between meeting minimum spend and SUB receipt.

Writing as an aggressive Chase churner, agree with 24 months between Chase SUBs being virtually cast in stone. I generally strive for 25 months, just in case.

Estimated taxes? In NY, the juices for IRS and NYS estimated taxes are lower than for local/property taxes.
