Have an opportunity within the 24 hr booking window to switch our outbound ORD-AMS UA in PP to ORD-VIE-AMS in OS Premium Economy. Would save couple hundred bucks for the four of us but does add a connection and we get to AMS early afternoon instead of AM.

I know I am not the norm, but I go out of my way to fly OS in J across the Atlantic. I've done AGP / BCN / BUD / LHR / MAN / SOF / ZRH - VIE - US even when a more direct routing was possible. I love the food and the service and also like the international movies they have as they differ from UA (which I have all seen anyway). VIE is one of Europe's fastest transfer airports with a minimum connection time of 25 minutes. OS also seems to get bags out at US destinations faster than UA.
