I got it as well as HH Gold. Have not signed up as I never fly Delta - AA bub hostage in PHX. From what I hear, Silver is mostly useless - and Gold isn't much better. I suppose my offer is for Delta Silver.
If your flying to or from ATL, it mostly is except for some airport benefits. I was able to average about 1 upgrade a year when i flew enough to keep silver normally.
