There was a positive DP a few weeks ago but haven't heard of anything outside of that. I also called VS a few times this week to see if they could see what I was seeing on UA (2 seats available on multiple flights at 110k UA) but they couldn't.
If you're set on using Amex maybe look around on Alaska. I recently booked a SEA > NRT in J on JAL for 60k AS (Can transfer Amex > Hawaiian > Alaska).
