Returning from CTG to CDG via AMS on KL, exact same scenario.....Very disconcerting and frustrating

Exact same scenario as mine, except that I was recognized as Ulti at 2E lounge. I am flying back to CDG later today (long haul Y ). I called the TA yesterday to follow-up again and got the same "I don't understand what's happening" statements and promised to do things (I know she was sincere and I am not blaming her at all as she was very kind). So I am sure it will be the same scenario as the outbound flight (and the ones before), i.e. 0 recognition/attentions and preferences on-board. And I know the flight is 100% full all classes as per Expertflyer.
