Does anyone know if the FLL Escape Lounge allows access on arrival if not connecting?

I know Centurion lounges do not. Wondering if Escape Lounges follow the same policy.

Can't find anything about it one way or the other. Need to do some work and grab a quick bite before leaving airport and FLL is terrible for that.
