The claim submited directly with Azores Airlines is still "under review"... In meantime I noticed they removed the business class from all flights FNC-PDL-FNC, so they are operating all those with a full economy cabin. Even if you do a connecting flight JFK-PDL-FNC and, despite they do still have business class on the JFK-PDL leg, they don't let you buy business class fare.
