For years I've been flying business class on AA between JFK and LHR. I've always been able to pre-order from the on board menu.
My next flight is Jan 2, 2025. When I go to place my order, my only options are the "special" meals.
Has AA changed their policy or is there just a glitch in my reservation? I tried both the app and the website. TIA
