Reply in a bit over week, claim accepted and payout after age reduction as per insurance guidelines. So very similar experience than with the OP travel insurance taken as a separate insurance. Quite satisfied this time.
That's quite a long time for a reply for a claim as low as 300€, Add a zero to your claim or two and see how they try to lowball or weasel out of the responsibility.
