Assistance by staff is needed for same plane return.
Did you have to go thru immigration and custoｍs
Did CX ground staff take your passport amd come back ?

Just curious which final destination you flying to, exMNL

I did MNL (usually next flight), CEB turnaround last year. Always needed to go thru immigration, customs, and of course need to prefill arrival card before boarding the flight from HK to Phillipines.
