Sharing my experience doing a same flight turnaround yesterday at MNL on CX919 and CX918.
Was overall a very easy experience thanks to CX staff but can also see the risks of such a short turn around even with assistance given delays at NAIA
- HKIA check in agent proactively offered to have MNL staff help with transit
- Purser also came by to confirm that MNL staff would be waiting to help facilitate
- Was picked up by CX staff at MNL and helped to go through transit process. Overall took around 20mins max
