Since we do not have any experience with this scenario yet (GOH with elite-earning night), it is difficult to say, but considering that stays with checkout on 31 dec credit to 2024, I would assume the GOH tier night credits to 2024 as well, as it is tied with the stay/person using the award.

As evidenced above the GOH bonus night is tied to the date the stay posts to the user’s account, not the checkout date.
So unless Hyatt has planned and set policies for year end posting of the GOH bonus night retroactive to the previous year, which they have no reason to do, it should post to 2025.
I would also urge OP to ensure with both recipients that the GOH certificates have been removed from their accounts as this is an indicator that they have been applied correctly. There are many datapoints of them being applied incorrectly to where the user gets GOH benefits but the cert is not redeemed so it's still in their account leaving the sender with no bonus EQN. This has even happened to me.
