Flight was J9 and the upgrade was 95 USD cheaper than the lowest possible bid. Originally booked into A fare.

YVR to HKG Standard reward eco to PE was 600 and to J was 1600 at T-24. Declined. J went up to 2500 at T-3 hours. Kinda regret not taking it at T-24 and obviously declined when it was 2500. (Prices all in CAD)
I had accepted a $1755 J instant up for YYZ-HND last month, and that was from PE to J. $1600 from Y to J is an amazing deal IMO when compared to mine. If you were to do it again, would you have accepted at least the $600 PE?
