I just passed through SGN immigration and there is a separate line for ABTC. It's obviously much shorter than the regular line,but I would expect there to be scrutiny on whether your trip qualifies as business for ABTC... beyond just having the card.

No scrutiny and allowed three of us through line even though only two has APEC card. Entered Hanoi on Nov 21 and it was pretty chaotic in the other lines, do definitely advise to use the line if you have the card
