Tipping. I know it's been debated ad nauseam. FWIW We're planning on roughly $20-$50 a day for the butler depending on how much we interact, $5-$10 a day for the room cleaning staff and up to an additional 10% on the dinner bill (10% included) depending on service.

BUT... for cash tips are USD accepted and fine to use or do we need to spend time at the airport finding an ATM?
