AUS-RDU 3:55 pm departure on Skywest E175, FC. Flight time 2:57, distance 1162 miles.
Charcuterie plate - tasty and served on real china with glassware. Called 'lunch.'
I'd have preferred a few more cherry tomatoes, some other type of fresh veg, or some olives or some and fewer gherkins. The chocolate cake seemed be 'molten' style but wasn't warm.
The plane came in from an AUS-Harlingen/Corpus Christi-AUS turn so I'm thinking this was catered in AUS.
And the FA served the tray with the charcuterie plate with the wrap and the cardboard covers on the fruit and dessert rather than unwrapping.
