It's so interesting they gave me this offer, my spending does not really justify it. I paid my property taxes on the card to cover the $20k spend. Most of my spending is my chase card since those points are more flexible and not my personal AmEx Platinum card. I know have 4 AmEx cards because they keep giving me offers and I keep paying my property taxes to get the points.
