Has anyone figured out the best approach with Strawberry legacy bonus points?

Should I try to convert some paid nights I have booked for the next month into bonus point nights to use them up soon (if I can)?

Apparently they’re valid until 12/31/2025 but I’m not sure whether availability will disappear or be restricted and everyone get pushed to redeem them for cash value gift cards which I assume is a worse deal.

Not looking forward to Spenn dynamic pricing and the switch to points spend value being closer tied to a static cash value.
