Hopefully visiting this property in Feb!
The drive from Marrakech was fine - most of it is a nice toll road, and the drivers were smooth and professional. It's not a place I'd want to drive myself, but it's not as crazy as say Egypt or Vietnam.
We went to Taghazout once during our stay - there's not much there beside dining and some convenience stores, unless you want to surf - tons of surf shops. Very laid back - we watched a bunch of kids play soccer in the main square. It's about a 30 min walk along the beachfront path from the resort or a quick shuttle ride. There's no longer a set schedule - you just tell the front desk you need a ride, and they call the driver.
Agadir is about 30-40 min away, and we went a couple times - once for a food tour, and then by ourselves to visit Souk El Had, the largest urban market in Africa (supposedly). There's no longer a free shuttle that was mentioned in previous posts, unfortunately. We paid 300MAD ($30) for the roundtrip. Definitely recommend visiting the market - you don't need a guide, and sellers are not very pushy. Look for vendors with posted prices - they are usually fair.
I'll be happy to share transfer and taxi info.
