AFAIK, carry-on luggage is not a stated benefit for any of these categories. So the way I read this is elite members can still check a bag but can't bring a carry on on basic fares.
I agree, but maybe the benefit will be that Zone 1 and 2 boarding will not be questioned, only those in Zone 6?????
