1) If you fly AC direct internationally you will still be entitled to a carry-on.
2) If you connect to an international destination with AC you will still be entitled to a carry-on.
3) 2) If you connect to an international destination with a PARTNER AIRLINE you will still be entitled to a carry-on.

The current carry-on policy applies to only AC operated flights as per a recent booking confirmation, so I assume the policy remains the same. So foer 1 & 2 "Yes". The carry-on policy of the partner likely applies for the connection, so for #3 you would have to verify the partner's policy.
