It will be my first time in Dubai. Just staying for 3 nights. I can rule out the Andaz (not there for the beaches). I can rule out the PH (not within my budget unless I use points/certs which I don't want to). There for some sightseeing. I am Globalist.
From above list, there is the GH and the HC to consider. That pretty much my decision? In terms of pricing, they are similar on my dates.
