“Economy Basic customers connecting onwards to an international destination can continue to bring one (1) standard carry-on bag and one (1) personal item on board.”
So does this mean:
1) If you fly AC direct internationally you will still be entitled to a carry-on.
2) If you connect to an international destination with AC you will still be entitled to a carry-on.
3) 2) If you connect to an international destination with a PARTNER AIRLINE you will still be entitled to a carry-on.
