SkyTeam Definition of "International"

What it says on the tin. As dumb as this sounds, and I may have asked this a few years back, what is the SkyTeam definition of "international" for purposes of lounge access? I know that US-Caribbean is explicitly disallowed, but US-Canada isn't mentioned (Canada is a weird situation vis-a-vis the US in some respects, but for some strange reason I consider a flight to be "international" if I have to wave my passport at someone to enter). And I'm also not totally clear on the definition of "Caribbean", either - would Bermuda (or Mexico/Central America) be counted there for this purpose?
