I am checking to see if anyone has any insight on retro claiming GA flight? I flew CGK-DPS on 11/21/24 in Y class (BP doesn't show actual CLASS flown). Tried filling out the form and getting the following error message "The selected airline was not able to process your claim" and then "No points were claimed"
