Potentially dumb question, but do upgrades count towards the 90 day rule? P2 accepted an upgrade from biz gold to biz plat on 10/26, and I'm now seeing a NLL offer to apply for the biz plat (175K for $20K spend in 3 months) in their BBP account. Additionally, is there a rule of thumb for how long these offers persist for? P2 has been in a NLL offer dry spell for the past ~year, so I was thrilled when the upgrade offer showed up on the account. I want to jump on this new NLL offer, but am a bit stretched thin with other SUBs at the moment.
