True, but then the HNL flights are all D1 (and ATL-ANC will be when it operates next summer). In the end, stage length doesn't really matter, marketing does. Seasonal DTW-ANC flight is longer than MSP-ANC and is also FC marketed like MSP-ANC and can expect same FC service (don't expect a bread serving with meal). Also, no lounge access with either due to FC marketing.
